Hongji reviews the product standard, dimensional standard, size, wall thickness, material grade and quantity for each product type. Missing, conflicting or ambiguous information is flagged for confirmation.

Confirm Special Requirements
Surface finish, cleaning to an oil- and grease-free condition, end protection, packaging, labeling, quantity splits and documentation are confirmed as applicable.

Establish the Order Basis
Product descriptions, specifications and quantities remain consistent across the quotation and confirmed order documents. Reducing products, non-standard angles and drawing-based items are controlled by the information agreed by both parties.

Key Information for Fittings Procurement
Tees
Distinguish between equal and reducing tees. For reducing tees, provide both main and branch sizes.
Reducers
Distinguish between concentric and eccentric reducers and provide the large end, small end and wall thickness.
GB Fittings
When GB/T 12459 or GB/T 13401 applies, specify Series A or Series B.
Packaging, Labeling & Documentation
Confirm packaging and document requirements during order review. Depending on the product and order, this may include:
