Automated Welded Pipe Production Lines
Stainless steel welded pipe in ASTM/ASME and JIS dimensional series · DN15–DN250 / 15A–250A
The automated lines support continuous stainless steel welded pipe production across common ASTM/ASME and JIS size series. Material grade, wall thickness, surface finish and delivery condition are selected according to the order.
Polishing Centers
Internal and external polishing of stainless steel pipe and tubing
The polishing centers handle internal and external surface processing. The appropriate process is selected according to the product specification and service requirements.
Fittings Manufacturing Centers
Elbows, tees, reducers and caps
The fittings manufacturing centers cover standard elbows, tees, reducers and caps, and can also support multi-item volume orders and special dimensional requirements.
Cleaning & Packaging Center
Cleaning and packaging of pipe, tubing and fittings
The cleaning and packaging center supports product cleaning, visual confirmation, end protection and packaging to reduce the risk of contamination before delivery.
